Episode 114 – 4 Key Strategies for Coaching The Whole Person

Show Notes

Several years ago, I read a book called The Anatomy of Winning  which became a complete game changer for me and my business. I quickly learned that it isn’t enough to teach people just the knowledge and the skill sets necessary to thrive as leaders. As the book explains, people are made up of four parts: body, heart, mind and spirit (also known as skills, desire, knowledge and confidence). When we truly tap into the needs of the entire person, only then will we find our winning team!

Today I have the privilege of interviewing the author of The Anatomy of Winning, Micheal Burt. Through years of coaching, leadership, and personal study (he has a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership), Micheal has learned what works and what does not. He will share with us:

~How do we coach the 4 areas of the whole person?
~What one quality should every good leader possess?
~What are the 5 areas of business coaching?
~How do leaders stay motivated when they continually pour into others?
~How do you raise the level of people around you?
